Feroze Motafram

Feroze brings over 30 years of leadership in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain management to the Manufacturing Practice. He specializes in helping mid-market companies scale effectively, particularly through periods of transition, growth, or post-transaction integration. Feroze’s superpower lies in bringing operational clarity to complex environments, unlocking growth through superior execution and alignment.

His recent work includes leading enterprise-wide transformations as an interim COO, delivering measurable performance gains in both private equity-backed and founder-led environments. Feroze has driven post-acquisition integrations, streamlined global supply chains, and repositioned operations for scalability and profitable growth. He brings a steady hand and a strategic lens to complex, high-stakes challenges.

Financial Practice Leader

Jodi Colligan

Jodi is a results-driven senior executive and board member with more than 30 years of experience in finance and operations management within publicly traded, global, and startup organizations. Her passion is leading strategic transformation to drive growth, streamline operations, and increase efficiency and bottom-line results. She is well versed in change management, preparing for an exit, and enacting productivity improvements in addition to developing and implementing financial controls and processes. Jodi easily builds rapport to become a trusted advisor for top-tier clients.

Jeff Sargent

Jeff is a seasoned technology leader with more than 25 years at Microsoft, including 15 years in senior leadership roles. He has a proven track record of building and guiding high-impact teams, scaling enterprise solutions, and leading organizations through complex digital transformations.
Before joining Catapult, Jeff spent three years at Capgemini, where he focused on building strategic partnerships and helping clients leverage innovative technologies to drive business outcomes.
With a unique blend of deep technical expertise, strategic business insight, and people-focused leadership, Jeff helps clients simplify complexity, unlock growth, and harness the power of AI and emerging technologies to achieve lasting results.

Jennie Ellis

Jennie has enjoyed a 30-year career in Recruiting, Executive Coaching and Human Resources. For the past 12 years, Jennie was CEO of a prestigious Seattle-based consulting firm called Recruiting Bandwidth. Currently, Jennie is an Investor and Operating Executive at Trilogy Search Partners in Bellevue, Washington and she also serves as Strategic Advisor to People Tech Partners as well as Catapult BTS. In Jennie's role at Catapult BTS, she advises our clients on Board-level hiring, coaching, succession planning and overall optimization.
